Neal's 34th Birthday!

Today is Neal's birthday, I can't believe he's turning 34!! It feels like we just got married and he was 22! I decided to make a cake this year (My very first time ever making a cake, scary!!!) It turned out o.k. and no one croaked. I'm so grateful for my husband and for all his love and support. Neal is a great father, husband and friend! I look forward to more great memories and fun times to share together! We LOVE YOU NEAL!

Leah and Katie

I haven't posted anything in the last week so I thought I'd post a couple pictures of the girls. I just finished giving them a bath and we went down stairs to say good night to Neal and of course it turned into a wrestling match! I'm so glad they have each other to play with, their such good friends. Leah is such a wonderful big sister and Katie is so much fun!!

Pre-K Graduation

The High School Gymnastics Season is over!

This season went by so fast! This past Wednesday we had our County Championship meet. The boys took 1st place and are now undefeated county champs 2years in a row! The girl's made huge progress this year! Nicky took 1st place on Vault, Shelby took 2nd on Floor, and Alex took 3rd place on Beam. Nicky's 1st place finish on Vault , qualified her for Regioinal's, Congratulations!!

The girls are not going to miss doing their hair in french braids for every meet!

The majority of the boys team this year were Seniors...next year will be a rebuilding year for the boys.

We took this picture after the Broadneck meet...this picture as well as letters and a video were sent to the County Athletic Directer. There are only two countys left in the State of Maryland with High School Gymnastics. Hopefully they will keep the programs running!

Happy Birthday Katie

Katie is 2 years old today!! While Katie took her nap this morning Leah and I decorated the kitchen. I had fun putting up streamers, posters and balloons with Leah!

We were gone all day...We met Neal after work and got dinner, then came home and opened presents and ate cupcakes (Thanks Mimi!!). We ended the evening with baths for the girls and story time piled up on Leah's bed, it was a peaceful moment for me! I'm so grateful for my girls, they have no idea how much Neal and I adore them!!

Mother's Day Celebration!

Today was the "Mom's Day Luau", at Leah's Pre-School. I was so sad because I forgot my camera!! So I took a few pictures when we got home...

When I arrived at Leah's school the classroom was decorated in a Luau theme. There were tables set up with name cards, fruit kabobs and drinks with umbrellas. We sat down and ate, while the kids performed a song. Then each child presented their mom with a certificate and shared what they loved about their mothers. Leah said , "I love my mom because of all the nice things she does for me". Afterwards I got to sit with Leah and look at all her work from this past year. We ended the party with a limbo game and dancing. I can't believe Leah will start kindergarten next year! I'm going to miss Leah during the day...we'll have to enjoy this summer! I love you Leah!

Katie's 2nd Birthday!

We celebrated Katie's 2nd birthday today! I was worried it would rain but it ended up being very nice! We had a barbecue with some close friends...it was so much fun to watch Katie. She was so happy about everything!

She had fun playing on the playground, she wanted to slide the whole time! (She can definitely hang with the big kids!)

The kids played, ate food and enjoyed the pinata!

We are so lucky to have Katie in our lives. She brings so much, joy, love and laughter, to our family! WE LOVE YOU KATIE!!
