I miss you guys!! Bay City Rocks!!

I just wanted to send a shout out to all my girls at Bay City Gymnastics! Thanks for all the e-mails and calls since we moved! Have a great season! I love you guys!

Leah's first time seeing snow!!

It's hard to see the snow in the pictures but if you look real close, you can see that it's snowing! We had a mini blizzard. It's been so cold lately (30's and 40's) that's cold to us Floridians! But today it was in the 20's! It's not cold enough to stick but it was fun to see!

Fun with my Family!

I was looking at my past blogs and I don't have a lot of pictures of Neal. And we actually do a lot of stuff together as a family especially over the weekend! I just never seem to remember to take pictures when Neal is with us! Or I'm to busy snapping away at our beautiful girls! Sorry, I love you Neal!! So I found some older pictures and decided to post them!(these are pictures in D.C., when it was warm!)

We had another nice relaxing weekend...Friday night we took the girls to dinner and afterwards we played! They have a huge arcade and bowling alley in the restaurant. The girls love to play the games and especially win tickets! Leah got Hello Kitty lip gloss and animals with her tickets. Katie got candy!

Saturday we had some friends over for pizza. After dinner the kids went upstairs to play and watch a movie. The adults watched "The Bucket List", great movie!! Good times!

Neal's parents are flying in next week for Thanksgiving, were so excited! Leah keeps asking me how many more days until they arrive!

I love my family! The girls are growing up so fast, were just trying to enjoy every moment!

School Pictures Today!

Happy Halloween!!

We started the day at Leah's school. I was a parent volunteer and it was so much fun! We made a lot of Halloween crafts...

They decorated sugar cookies and made pizzas...

I was so grateful to my friend Elizabeth who watched Katie for me!! I had such a nice time with Leah!

That afternoon we went to a friends house. We had a lot of great food!!

We all went Trick or Treating around the Neighborhood.
It was pretty cold so I had the girls all bundled up! We came back and all the kids emptied their bags and checked out all their goodies!! Katie loves this holiday!!! Lot's of yummy candy!

We didn't stop after candy, everyone ended the evening with yummy monster cakes and homemade pumpkin squares!

I loved all the great costumes! Were so grateful we've made so many new friends! Good Times!

Fall Festival

We had our Fall Festival this weekend, the girls had a lot of fun! Leah participated in the cat walk, which is were the kids showed off their costumes. We also entered our pumpkin in the pumpkin carving contest. We won an award for the coolest pumpkin. The girls enjoyed the games, fun house and most of all the Trunk or Treating!

Baltimore Half Marathon

10-11-08-

I completed my first 1/2 Marathon!!! There were 17,000 runners at the Baltimore Marathon. 7,500 of those runners were in the 1/2 Marathon. The rest were signed up for the Full Marathon, 5K and Kid Fun Race. There were about 3 good hills during the first 5 miles, a mile long hill on mile marker 8 and it was pretty much hilly to the finish! I ran 13.1 Miles, my goal was to finish without having to stop and walk and keep a nice even pace. I would have liked to finish faster but I met my goals and now I know what to expect for next year. (I finished in 2hrs. and 26 min) There were so many people supporting the runners, I had a blast!!

Green Meadows Farm

Today was Leah's class field trip to Green Meadows Farm. It was a beautiful day! Leah and Katie had so much fun looking at the animals, going on a hay ride and picking a pumpkin out of the pumpkin patch.

Katie was not afraid to get in there and pet the animals she had a smile on her face the whole time!

Open house at Wesley Grove Pre-K

We had Leah's first open house tonight. We met her teachers, saw her work up on the walls and met some of her friends (her close pals are Dia, Katie and Clara). It was a special night for Leah, she was so excited to show us around. You'll notice she has her leotard on under her clothes because we came straight from practice. She is working so hard in school and gymnastics, were so proud of her! I can't believe how fast she is growing up!
