Everyone knows that for the past couple of years, I've tried hard to get Katie involved in something...Leah started dance and gymnastics at a young age and is involved in so much right now! I want both my girls to be happy, involved and excel in what ever they choose. It has taken a little longer with Katie, she can be shy and insecure in social situations. She has always had seperation anxiety which makes it difficult to excel in activities because we spend most of our energy working on getting her do things on her own and be confident. So let's say I was a little uneasy about switching dance studios. It was necessary because it is closer to home and right acroos the street from Leah's gym-everything seems to be revolved around Leah these days :)

Neal and I were so happy today!!! This is what Katie said when she walked out of her class when it was over, "THAT WAS SO MUCH FUN!" as she skipped down the hall...in the car she said, "Are you happy I didn't cry"...huge milestone today...I'm excited to post more about my sweet Katie, so proud of you baby!
She got 3rd place on bars with an 8.8
8.8 on Vault
8.15 on Beam
She was really nervous on Beam and it showed but she did great(she has potential to score in the 9's)
She placed 7th overall at this competion...
We also were excited to have Neal's parents in town...Bob took a photo of us at the starting line for the 1 mile kids fun run....

I ran with Katie, she did such a great job!!! It was very cold so we had many layers on!!!
After the girl's race they had hot chocolate with Grandma and Grandpa while Neal and I ran in the 5K... Leah being a goof ball!
We had our Thanksgiving meal at the GrillFire, it was soooo good!
I always love decorating the tree after Thanksgiving, we listen to Christmas music and watch Christmas movies...we had so much fun!

There were 122 Level 4's at this meet...Leah placed 6th on Bars and 9th on Beam...
Leah placed 1st on Vault with a 9.4 !!!!
Were very proud of Leah and all her hard work!! She has her next meet in a couple of weeks...
We went to a friends house and enjoyed making smores- their dog was so adorable!!
We had a lot of trick or treaters this year!!! I wish I took more pictures, sorry I just have this one where I look like a marshmellow...
